The security problem is the most important thing in our furture life, according to my opoinion. But in social network, it is new when it compared with other security standard, can we just attach the "old" standard to the new things? Or we can make some changes?
回复删除You mentioned different areas of the security of social network. Yes, it really a complicated work for social network to considerate the risk of security. In web2.0, social network have expanded the scale of network in web1.0. With social interaction becomes the key feature of a network, the security risk is not only contained in the area of technology, but also the individual or communities actions. That is an important transfer. The whole security system should be reconsidered to some extend.
回复删除I think bad guys will never destroy the social network but social network can destroy the bad guys. That is powerful and terrible tool. Grouping a thousand people in social network is very easy.

回复删除I do like your comments, “Communicate with people of social network platform is a good thing”. While we are using the services and communicate with others, we still to keep enough sensitive on personal data, information, photos, video etc. There is no regret when these data has been stolen by someone and use it in illegal way.

It is hard to build up a service/business in this way. It is too pity if one human mistake threaten or destroy this platform.
I believe that adopting cloud-based services opens organizations up to many risks and vulnerabilities as information travels to and from protected networks via a public pipe, creating many more opportunities for data infection or theft. However, as this service became so popular, it is hard to avoid now.
